About the FacilitatorsArndt and Lou enjoy very different backgrounds and share a passion for witnessing human transformation. They have worked together at the NHS for many years and, after completing Nancy Kline’s Time to Think Foundation and Coach specific training workshops, collaborated on this transformational retreat project.
